At Joyful Birth, my local doula services are tailored to support you through the entire birthing process. From prenatal education to hands-on birth support during labor and postpartum care, I am committed to ensuring your journey is one of empowerment, accomplishment, and joy.

In 2-3 personalized prenatal visits and ongoing text support, we'll explore your options, identify your values, create a birth plan, and plan for postpartum success. I provide guidance, encouragement, and a loving challenge to help you navigate this exciting time.

During labor, I offer hands-on support, suggestions, and verbal encouragement. I advocate for your choices, guide decisions within your values, and ensure both partners are cared for. My role is to be a loving presence, making the birthing process a positive and memorable experience.

In 1-2 postpartum doula visits, I help you process your birth experience, offer advice, basic lactation support, baby care (if desired), and can even bring you some comforting soup!
